With this new law I will no longer be able to sew Little girl purses, Little girl aprons, Clothing or pillows for any Child under 12 years of age.

I found you through Tins and Treasures. I just posted about this a few days ago on my blog and have little decription and help info on my side bar but I would like to add this picture and link instead. As I worry about you and the many children product crafters out there...I make crafts as well but not for children. Is there going to be a restriction on what I can make someday??? It's really sad that the goverment is doing this. I am very concerned about children's products but never, never have I been concerned about made in America homemade items for kids. As I bought 2 custom shirts and a homemade play tee pee from 2 local crafters for my boys for Christmas. And if this goes into affect then we see our craft fairs dwindle down to nothing. :(
I will fight this til the end. I am hoping for the best.

the government needs to step aside and let PARENTS decide what is best for the children.
this is very concerning for many etsians, hopefully they(govt) cant be THAT stupid to think they can start telling people what they can and cannot craft.
hopefully it will not come to that.
