Had a Bad Day.....

Do you know the song Had a Bad Day by Daniel Powter??? Well, that's how yesterday was for my sweet daughter. I felt so bad for her.

So, your know she got a laptop for Christmas, http://needlesfabricandthread.blogspot.com/2008/12/where-am-i.html

Well, she was on it yesterday afternoon and all of a sudden I heard this horror scream "Please bring me a towel"....."hurray"!!! I run to her and find that she has spilt chocolate milk on the laptop. She is in tears, I am trying to control myself. Thankfully she only spilt very little but a little is a lot sometimes. I was able to get most of it but noticed that some had gone under the keyboard. So I call my husband into the house and he gets online on our other computer and finds out what to do. (Thank you YouTube, they have videos on what to do!!!) He takes it a part some to clean down inside it, and now we have to make sure it is completely dry before ever turning it back on. We have to wait for 3 days........ We have our fingers crossed that it will work.

I spent the whole night telling my daughter that she isn't the only one that has done this!!! It happens all the time. She is so sick feeling about it, I am just praying that it will work.

New house rule: NO liquids around any computer!!! ( I don't think I have to worry about that anymore.)

Check out this pretty hobo style bag I have listed in my shop. It's blooming flowers all around. I have fallen in love with the black and yellow combo. Don't you just love the way the yellow POPS on the black background??? I do :-)

This is a perfect Spring bag! The large size makes it great to carry all your everyday needs, and has padded shoulder straps for comfort. Closes with a zipper so all your items will stay secure inside. Go check this purse and more out here.

SNOW

I can't believe it snowed here in NC. We normally just have flurries. This time it snows about 4-6 inches.....I know, it's not a lot but when you don't get snow you will get excited over the least bit.

I wanted to share some photos of our fun and COLD day!

Hubby doing his "snow dance"

Snow ball fights are fun.
Keeping the girl warm. I just love this pic.

Us....I think the cold is getting to Hubby, he is looking crazy! :-)

It's COLD
Our Rosie Girl loved the snow.....our two cats DID NOT! They wouldn't come out of the barn.

The wind was blowing and was so cold.....

Walking to the river behind our house.

The path to the river. We saw one deer run out in front of us, he was to fast to get a photo of....I tried.

It was so pretty walking in the woods.....it was like a winter wonderland!
Making snow angels.
more snow angles

It was beautiful at the river.
Isn't it peaceful.....
Guess who was tired on the way back?? It was a long walk in the snow.
Now I must go get some warm coffee and relax.
